Sea Grant programs around the nation have been helping coastal communities respond to the effects of a changing climate. Using a grant from the NOAA Climate Program Office’s Coastal and Ocean Climate Applications (COCA) program, Oregon Sea Grant has released Climate Field Notes.
This publication documents the results of Sea Grant projects in seven states that used a risk-communication framework to provide that community assistance.
