CPO’s Beller-Simms participates in Senate Committee roundtable

Nancy Beller-Simms, the program manager of the NOAA Sectoral Applications Research program participated in a Senate Committee roundtable event on July 18, 2013.

The roundtable was hosted by the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee on the Energy-Water nexus.

Committee staff members are gearing up for possible legislation in the area and the July 18 meeting was the first of a potential series of this type of discussion with both governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
