The NOAA Climate Program Office (CPO) Climate and Societal Interaction (CSI) division’s results of their heat related projects are highlighted in the third webinar in the series.
This podcast highlights equity and justice in coastal planning- two topics that are very integral to CPO and are administration priorities.
Held in Baltimore from Oct. 25-27, the event will provide the opportunity for CPO and other NOAA personnel to share knowledge and resources regarding adaptation, and build partnerships.
This research analyzed focus group responses to better understand the context for heat health warning systems and help incorporate stakeholder needs and interests into future management.
The report, titled “Showcasing Leading Practices in Climate Adaptation”, fosters collaboration on goals of building resilience and adaptation.
