The U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit, co-led by CPO, recently published narratives, case studies, and tools focused on the Midwest region of the United States. The new section, currently under final review, describes climate-related issues and potential adaptation strategies specific to the Midwest region of the United States. Topics addressed in the new section are Agriculture, Forestry, Biodiversity and Ecosystems, Human Health, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Community Vulnerability and Adaptation.

Team members of the U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit—aka the CRT—initially worked with subject matter experts to develop content focused on 10 topics. In response to growing demand for place-based information, the team added a Regions section with the intention to provide tailored content for each NCA region. The CRT team has been adding specific regions to the site as volunteer teams of federal subject matter experts convene and contribute content.
