NOAA’s Climate and Fisheries Adaptation Program (CAFA) FY23 Research Funding Opportunity is now open
The NOAA/OAR Climate Program Office's AC4, ERB and CVP Programs will host an info session on Wednesday, July 26th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET on our programs and new funding opportunities.
Approximately $11.1 million will be available for about 90 new awards, pending budget appropriations, with most awards funded between $50,000 and $300,000 per year.

NOAA and the Climate Resilience Fund (CRF) announced on October 22, 2001, the results of its 2021 competitive grants program supporting projects that will help U.S. communities build resilience to the impacts of climate change.
NOAA’s Climate Program Office (CPO) announced today a total award amount of $171 million, the highest five-year investment in the program’s history, to support 72 innovative and impactful projects that will improve our nation’s resilience at a critical time in the fight against the climate crisis.
The Climate Program Office (CPO) manages competitive research programs in which NOAA funds high-priority climate science, assessments, decision support research, outreach, education, and capacity-building activities designed to advance our understanding of Earth’s climate system, and to foster the application of this knowledge in risk management and adaptation efforts.
