Roger Pulwarty is an invited keynote speaker at the VII Americas Competitiveness Forum. Roger has been asked to speak on climate science and services: education and innovations.
The Forum will be held on October 8-10, 2014 in Trinidad and Tobago. Bruce Andrews, Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary, will also be in attendance.
The Department of Commerce hosted the Fourth Forum in Atlanta Georgia in 2010, and has identified the United States’ relationship with our Western Hemisphere partners as a top priority for global development. The Forum is sponsored by the Organization of American States, the InterAmerican Development Bank, and U.S./NOAA government partners throughout out the Americas.
