On December 7, Ned Gardiner of the CEE Division will present on climate adaptation and The U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit and the Steps to Resilience for FEMA Region 1, helping to bring climate information to communities in need of hazard mitigation assistance, planning support, and to forward deploy resources where they are most needed.
CPO's Climate Resilience Toolkit team is supporting efforts by FEMA and the Council of State Community Development Agencies to improve national climate resilience.
CPO's CEE Division, through their partnership with the Climate Resilience Fund, will fund training for up to 20 adaptation practitioners in using the U.S. Climate Resilience Toolkit's Steps to Resilience so they can support efforts to scale up and accelerate equity-centered adaptation planning across the United States.
