Great Lakes Integrated Sciences and Assessments (GLISA) program, a NOAA CAP/RISA team, researchers publish article proposing new methods for inclusive engagement to better prepare for the future with climate change.
Dwyer was hired as a Climate Adaptation Program Specialist to support NOAA RISA in the U.S. Virgin Islands. His position will help establish critical interagency and community-based partnerships necessary to further climate adaptation planning and preparedness.
