On July 27, Ned Gardiner, PhD will deliver training on climate adaptation and the Steps to Resilience to FEMA Region 3 representatives during their 2-day Climate Adaptation Seminar, hosted by the FEMA National Exercise Division. The hybrid in-person/virtual event will be open to all state, local, tribal, territorial, non-governmental climate service providers and emergency management partners. The seminar includes talks on climate-related impacts within the region and identifies resources to support emergency management efforts focused on climate adaptation.
