CEE’s Ned Gardiner to present on climate science at National Governors’ Association ResCon

On April 20, Ned Gardiner, PhD of the Climate Program Office gave an introduction to climate science, climate change, and how the Steps to Resilience can help state governments during a 1-hour plenary talk at ResCon in New Orleans, co-hosted by the National Governors’ Association.
