CPO congratulates its Bronze Medal Award winners
Three members of the Climate Program Office team have been recognized with the Bronze Medal Award, the highest honor award granted by the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere, the Bronze Medal recognizes superior performance by federal employees.
CPO’s Barbara Eubanks was recognized for helping to streamline critical administrative processes across NOAA’s nine National Centers for Environmental Prediction, and creating an agile team to support our mission to protect lives and property.
Neil Christerson and James Shambaugh both received recognition for their work in producing NOAA’s first 5-year research and development plan using a rigorous process and inclusive engagement of NOAA scientists and stakeholders. Congratulations team!
