CPO’s Adam Parris and Caitlin Simpson – program managers of the Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (RISA) program – spoke at the National Council for Science and the Environment’s conference: “Building Climate Solutions,” which took place in Arlington, Va. from Jan. 28-30.
Parris participated in a Workshop on a Sustained U.S. National Climate Assessments, specifically speaking on a panel called “Building Regional/Sectoral Partnerships for Sustained Assessment.” Simpson spoke on a panel about partnerships, including RISA, in the workshop session, “Preparing U.S. Agriculture to Manage Climate Change Risk: Building Effective Climate Change Partnerships and Networks for Agriculture”
