RISA, CSI lead Adam Parris has an article appearing in Issues in Science and Technology about how Sandy was the impetus for a broad collaboration of federal, state and local leaders to develop a sea level rise planning tool designed to help communities “break the cycle of recovery and response” and instead rebuild for resiliency.
