CEE’s Frank Niepold showcased the Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) Hub as an example of regional collaboration with the UNFCCC process that aims to accelerate the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
The United States submitted their 7th National Communication (in combination with the 3rd and 4th Biennial Reports), to the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on October 30, 2021.
