Darrian Bertrand, SCIPP’s Climate Assessment Specialist, collaborated with Kim Jenson at the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security to help alleviate misconceptions and promote the implementation of local hazard mitigation plans in Oklahoma.
AdSci’s Bhaskar Subramanian collaborated with FEMA to create a guide on building community based resilience with nature based solutions.
The CEE Division continues to support FEMA National Exercise Division training requests for every region in the nation. This activity will run through calendar year 2023.

CPO’s Climate Resilience Toolkit team is supporting efforts by FEMA and the Council of State Community Development Agencies to improve national climate resilience.
