NOAA CAP’s session at the National Adaptation Forum will share insights directly from four regional CAP members and their frontline community partners to describe the process and early outcomes of the first wave of CAP small grants programs.

Graduates of the program complete a series of tasks including the development of a climate action plan strategy for a NOAA campus, catalyzing connectivity across NOAA West DEIA communities, and developing awareness and coordination of wind energy work at a regional level.
The goals of the event were to improve understanding of the climate-related challenges facing the South Central region and increase awareness of work being done to enhance the resilience of the region.
